You have to be really careful with designers on this website in my opinion especially when gambling is involved. Its a serious investment if you want this done by serious professionals and if you don't you risk taking on liability in my opinion.

No problem it has crossed my mind before but there is too much risk for my liking..
There are talented people here, I don't question that but developers screw people here a lot. If you're going to do it you need to be aware of the risks.
Using a local company is good because you can trace them down and they are so much more accountable.
