Get a designer on that or twitter bootstrap it, cause that is the worst design site.
You should take the advertisements off it. You don't have a site that's there to profit from ads, its a business site you don't see ads on nyse.com + the 0.15 cents you will get a month with your ads, isn't enough to make your site look unprofessional.
