Looks like the kind of site I'd question giving my credit card info to.

Useful site but you did not align the site properly mate. I have found cart page shows the balance of the bitcoin amount. Instead of that you can add the another page like balance option including ethereum and litecoin as a option.
Then as first reply you got, I also want to say the same thing you need to align the website logo in the left side below to that you have the drop down menu button right below.

Yeah, your website need to be improved in many aspects. Design will be better if to be smoother, the content to be universal not showing your self, and the address also shall be universal. Btw, your traffic by reaching 300 visitors per day is nice for starting, how did you do that? Have you used SEO or backlink?

So, idea is good. I hope your project will be useful for people. Design is normal, may be better. Advice to improve UI and design.
Good luck!

Why you don't have any link to your other social media accounts? I don't know but the sites seems so slow on my end (tested both on IE and Chrome). Font is a little bit small in my opinion. Anyways, you admitted that you are not a web developer so I suggest you get someone to fully customized your website. Also your recent news is not recent, the last post I saw there is April 24. And I'm not sure about the trusted name though, Coinbase? Bittrex? Goodluck though, but I guess your really need improvements in your website.

To be honest with you, I liked how you put the coins in order and how each one has its own information, but it is slow. Plus, I do not see why you have put your story about how you started your journey with bitcoin. The info should be based on your company or on your website. People do not care. Added to that, I do not think they would believe that they would win free bitcoin, and also, no one would want to buy your website. Sorry for sounding too harsh. You said you had done it in your spare time. So I believe you will do something awesome if you focus on it. Good luck.

So I have been working on and developing a new website which is aimed at helping different levels of people in crypto. I have been through some real tough times in crypto in the past, so passing onto others was top of my priority.

Upon doing this, I developed a raffle based system which is a way for people to have a chance at winning Crypto (Bitcoin only atm) and for a new site I have been getting a fairly decent amount of traffic, roughly 300-350 visits per day. I however can't seem to convert these to signups etc so i'm at a bit of a loose end now.

I have debated selling the website as I have other things I want to try, but I really want to make this work.

The website is www.bitshopping.co.uk - what do you think?

Thanks

Great effort on building the website. Looks good

Well, first of all you have done a great job. Really appreciate it. But you definitely need to change the font. It's difficult to read any piece of text. Choose something else

Improve your website design, it is a crap. Fix your navigation menu CSS it seems buggy, you should put your logo on the left side and the cart logo on the right side. It seems the CSS is broken.

The font used for describing Bitcoin is unreadable. No one wants to read that.

And last, the welcome popup is unattractive, you should able to improve it with something eye catchy.
Thank you for your reply, points taken! I should point out I'm not a web developer and this has been done in my spare time.

You want to sell the website, but you have personalized it with your history and your story. You should just sell the domain and chuck the
rest.  Grin

There are not really a lot that can be salvaged from this, so I would just put up the domain for sale and be done with it. There are a lot of websites with Bitcoin merchants listings, so that is too saturated too.

It is also a bugger that it not a .com site and that it is only suitable for the UK.  Roll Eyes

Yeah the idea was to help people from the UK - as there really isn't too much in terms of help and support targeted at just our audience here. Feedback i've received is that the idea is a good one, but actually making it reality may be difficult.

The only interesting idea is to ask what is behind it.
Isn't it just a nice package?

I would like to see you on the "About me" page - about your team, information about your company. There is a lack of convenient contact forms. Not the power of chat.

The page is a slab optimized. Positioning and SEO orders, . Pictures are loaded too long. And I would choose my own text message.

This is the case in a nutshell. Good luck !
Again, thank you and points taken! The website is simply run by me, there's no team or company, this is something I have put together as I joined the crypto scene again during the middle of last year!
