Sorry I am too lazy to use google translate now. Can anyone summarize it in a few sentences?

Practically, the Madrid court would have already issued a resolution according to which for the various European laws the various nations leagues such as Seria A or La Liga for example and the various European league such as FIFA or EUFA cannot threaten or expel teams from their competitions in since this type of behavior would go against EU antitrust laws.

If, for example, next week UEFA decides to exclude Real Juve and Barcelona from their competitions, especially for a tournament that probably won't even start, it will end up in court and with the historical examples, we have had in basketball, a defeat for UEFA is probable for their monopoly position and violation of European antitrust laws.

Remember is not over yet.

It is only paused probably till the end of this Champions' League

I can leave here the law courts release from Madrid to a potential penalization from UEFA/FIFA and national leagues.

The Super League idea is now over, as all six English teams have withdrawn, following a huge backlash from fans.

The idea of a closed elite club where the big clubs can play one another and be forever safe from relegation goes against the whole spirit of sport and fair competition. Whilst it would have been nice to see the big teams play one another more often, I'm glad for the sake of the game that this idea has now been abandoned.

Do you really think they followed fans? lol
They only care about money, who cares about 100.000 fans where 50 billion € was on the plate.
For your information.
In the next Champions League, from 2024 you can access even you will not be in the spot required, inform yourself before speaking.

FAIR GAME Huh?? LOL
WHEN they didn't punish PSG and CITY for FPP but their disallowed MILAN for example for smaller violations?

FAIR PLAY?

Uefa and fifa can share a little bit of money. But big teams cannot be this greedy
This is a peoples sport. You cannot give players such big paychecks and expect to be in profit.

UEFA and FIFA are making a lot of money, 300m /year without be the owner of the teams and without any risk.
For example, Real Madrid or Juventus will fail for economical problems for Eufa will change nothing and that's the point.

Clubs are in a hard time with Covid especially the richer teams since is a pyramidal scheme WHERE THEY RISK MORE INVESTING MORE, UEFA until now did nothing to help teams while he got his profit in his pocket anyway even with COVID.

In fact several countries like France and Germany have already refused to join this new super soccer league. I don't understand why they refused to join this famous clubs because I think it could be an interesting new opportunity for everyone. As I understood there are concerns about creating a competitor of the UEFA organization, but if they decide to accept clubs from other continents to create an intercontinental league, they won't be anymore confrontation with UEFA.
FIFA has a monopoly on soccer and they want for this to remain this way, they do not like at all the fact the teams themselves have decided to create a tournament independent from their control and they are threatening the players to ban them from competing on the next world cup and other stuff, they are using the pandemic as an excuse but we know what it is really behind it, they do not want to lose control but I think they lost control already and the Super League will be a reality regardless what they do.

Update, not confirmed Ye

According to Reuters teams and players cannot be penalized or banned for this season.
I'm still searching for the official source but if confirmed is what Don Florentino was saying yesterday.

Now it is going to be interesting on Friday when the UEFA has its meeting. Can you imagine that they really decide to exclude players from international tournaments (champions league, european league and international championships) if they play in the newly founded European Super League?

I am puzzled that even most coaches didn't know what was going on. At least they claim to have had no clue at all. Klopp said he got to know about it as early as everyone else - yesterday! Good he speaks out against that league, I don't like it either.

What do you want to point out exactly with this picture? I don't really understand. You mean PSG and Bayern will certainly change their decision in the coming days?

Besides what the media are saying right now These 3 teams have more days 14 or 30 to decide to participate as founder, with the 300m € bonus or not.

What do you want to point out exactly with this picture? I don't really understand. You mean PSG and Bayern will certainly change their decision in the coming days? I don't think it will be the case for PSG, because it's a highly political matter and the french government is firmly opposed to the creation of this new european super league.

It seems the financial markets warmly welcomed the launch of this new european super league, Juventus, Manchester United and some other clubs shares jumped this morning. That's an encouraging signal for the likelihood of the birth of the league.

Florentino Perez should be the president of the Superleague, announce could be a thing within 1 hour.

That guy is involved everywhere. If I understand correctly he wouldn't resign from his position at Madrid would he?

Even though I don't like the idea of this competition it would be better to have a more neutral person as a president.

Then again none of them is neutral anyway whether they are with a club right now or not.

It can be announced in the following hours  Shocked

LONDON — A group of the world’s richest and most storied soccer clubs has agreed in principle on a plan to create a breakaway European club competition that would, if it comes to fruition, upend the structures, economics and relationships that have bound global soccer for nearly a century.

UEFA statement

Quote

UEFA, the English Football Association and the Premier League, the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and LaLiga, and the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) and Lega Serie A have learned that a few English, Spanish and Italian clubs may be planning to announce their creation of a closed, so-called Super League.

If this were to happen, we wish to reiterate that we – UEFA, the English FA, RFEF, FIGC, the Premier League, LaLiga, Lega Serie A, but also FIFA and all our member associations – will remain united in our efforts to stop this cynical project, a project that is founded on the self-interest of a few clubs at a time when society needs solidarity more than ever.

We will consider all measures available to us, at all levels, both judicial and sporting in order to prevent this happening. Football is based on open competitions and sporting merit; it cannot be any other way.

As previously announced by FIFA and the six Confederations, the clubs concerned will be banned from playing in any other competition at domestic, European or world level, and their players could be denied the opportunity to represent their national teams.

We thank those clubs in other countries, especially the French and German clubs, who have refused to sign up to this. We call on all lovers of football, supporters and politicians, to join us in fighting against such a project if it were to be announced. This persistent self-interest of a few has been going on for too long. Enough is enough.
