You only sent Bitcoins out of your wallet, and not BTG. So I'm pretty sure that you still have them.

If you have an Android phone, this is by far the easiest method (if you don't, you can also use an Android emulator such as Bluestacks):

1. Download Coinomi[1];
2. Create a Bitcoin Gold wallet in the app.
3. Go to the Bitcoin Gold overview page and click at the three dots menu at the top of the app;
4. Select "Sweep Wallet";
5. Paste or scan the QR of the private-key which address may contain BTG;
6. Done! All the BTG will be sent to your wallet address.

It's my understanding that these types of forks happen to those who have BTC.  Did you transfer it to another wallet or just purely withdraw it?  Did you withdraw it prior or after the fork?  Perhaps you can look on the blockchain using your address to see if there is anything redeemable.  There was some talk about it here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/address-balance-for-bitcoin-gold-2408313

Hey all. I have an Electrum wallet that had Bitcoin during the Bitcoin Gold fork, but since then I took the Bitcoin out so it has a 0 BTC balance, could it still have Bitcoin Gold on it despite the 0 BTC balance? If so is there an easy way to get the Bitcoin Gold out, I'm not interested in keeping the wallet at all, so I just want to empty it the easiest way possible before discarding it.

Thanks all and Happy New Years! Cheesy
