I used this forum for long, but recently I need to reply some thread.
I found I can't post anything.
Then I found there is newbie restriction.
I have to post something first, then I can use PM, other features, and so on...

Grin have a nice bit~
some trivia: i believe i've seen some german beer called 'bitburger' which was advertised with 'bitte ein bit' (=a bit please).
now with bitcoins further spreading this might lead to some confusion Wink

Hello All Smiley

Welcome to both of you! If you are new to Bitcoin, then I recommend you go to the gambling section. There are a lot of sites giving out 0.01 which is worth around $2. I recommend that you withdraw that money instead of gambling it though.

I was glad to see registrations open, too. It took me a few tries to get this far.

... I'm glad they opened up back registration.
i must have missed that bitcointalk was closed for new registrations, when was this and how long did it last?
i suspect this had a spam-related background?

cheers,
pm

Nicely done Bitcoin Talk!

fun fact, bitcointalk.org is ranked 5113 in the world for traffic.  not to bad for a php bitcoin forum.

Certainly isn't bad at all...
I expect it to climb into the 1000s over the next year though.  I've been lurking here forever and JUST decided to get in on the action.
