Mining Zcash with 4 GPU-s mining rig with Nvidia GTX 1060 or RX 570/580 is the normal earned amount as I have one such rig myself and after 4 days I made 0.002 btc. If you have better cards then show us your hashrate so I can tell you if it is a correct amount or maybe you are missing out something.
Tell us what your rig configuraition, after i can help you with mining coin for actual earning.

What am i doing wrong?

That means that the coins you mined on zpool has bee debted to exchange for btc, and once zpool will receive them back from exchange his account will be credited for that amount btc
'Exchange' literally means being exchanged from the coins that you mined into the BTC you are being paid in.
Don't know what GPU's you are using but the amount doesn't sound particularly wrong.

What are you mining with? earnings depend on your machine and the current difficulty. If you are using a GPU then you aren't going to get much of a profit and the figure you mentioned is about normal.
