Depends how fast we evolve, we may be way past the x64 processor stage by then (Doubt it).
What I'd do, personally, is keep a backup of the source code of Armory & Bitcoin-QT, a backup ISO of an operating system you know works with it (Debian, etc...), write yourself a guide on how to compile it, and, store it somewhere safe, then, all you'd need in the future is to:-
A. Hope the BTC protocol hasn't changes
B. Hope you still have an 64/32 bit computer around

You could download the source code of Armory and compile it yourself in 10 years.
Or you could download a Ubuntu Live CD and the binary and use this in 10 years from now.
You might not be able to send bitcoins from today's version but you would be able to export the private keys.

If I create an Armory offline wallet (or online for that matter) and let it sit for 10 years (or any amount of time) what happens if Armory is discontinued? Will I still be able to access my bitcoins though another service using my wallet credentials? I currently have an offline wallet and want to make sure I can access those funds if Armory goes belly up.
