It all depends on one degree or another of the bounty project and its rules. Most of the projects depend on the activity on the forum. In any case, we must carefully study the rules.

It depends only on Bounty manager rules.

I've read some rules of these bounties and it depends on the bounty you joined. If the rule clearly states that you have to finish the bounty, then you have to stay but if you want to stop your participation and their rules clearly stated that something like this "If you don't complete the bounty, you'll not receive any stakes." you're quitting and you don't care anymore with your stakes.

i just wonder if you do the 1st and 2nd week and you got the stakes. Then you don't do the rest of the week but you don't remove the avatar or the signature do you still going to get those stakes?
I think it depends on the rules of specific bounty campaign.

In many cases, bounty managers clearly require that your signature must be retained until the end of the token sale period, removing the signature before that time will lead to disqualification. Then, if you remove signature, you're probably won't get any stake at all.

But, as you mentioned, you've already got stakes for 2 weeks, and if there's no stipulation otherwise, I guess you're safe with those stakes.

I think this is the best answer so far!
Definitely check the bounty rules and reach out to the manager. If the rules aren't that specific you may be able to argue your case and get your stakes back. I've also found that newbie accounts don't usually get as many points for signature bounties because they don't have the following or reputation of older, more established accounts. Personally, and as a newbie, I will probably stick to my own signature and look for bounties that require tasks like following social media and writing blog posts. I wish I knew a second language for those translation bounties!

I saw some of the are reserve the right to make the final judgment to accept/deny a token award in such case. Usually all info on their bounty thread.

Better check the rules of this ICO, i wouldnt recommend you to remove your signature, most of the managers will
delete your stakes in that case. But if next ICO is more interesting and you know you will earn more, then its okey, you will gain more

If you leave early it is often difficult to get a bounty, so be sure to think ahead and participate in quality bounty, not those bad.

Really it depends on the ICO they will quote it if the rules say you not allowed to change Signature until the end of Campaign

In fact, many projects make it clear that if you do not complete your work for two consecutive weeks, you will be removed. So still insist on doing it. There is no way, everything is what the bounty manager says.

there's no global rules for how bounties are done, you should ask the bounty manager.
but generally, I think the answer is yes, you'd still receive the stakes for those two weeks.
