It seems I might have not been logged in last night when I was doing 4 hours of reading up at 2am in the morning! Seemed to have passed the 4 hour mark and no restrictions now.
Sometimes theres a delay for a few minutes after reaching 4 hours.
I've now got (at least) 5 posts and been on the forum for more than 4 hours but I still don't seem to be able to reply to topics on the marketplace forum, am I missing something?
