To be a JR MEMBER you must have 30 activity and you don't need any merit for that grade of member
the very fist question asked by every newbie - WHEN JR MEMBER? like when to the moon
How do I know if the rules have not been changed for 1.5 months and I need to write 30 posts+30 asset type,and here's the next rank up there with only 10 Maritime get !
I am already JR member so i don't have any a headache about this.. 
I am happy for you for been a jr member now, this my own first post i when likely will i be upgraded to jr member.

We got updated to Jr. Member a while ago.
After the new cycle starts it doesn't update your activity automatically, you have to make a single post, and only after that activity updates. While you didn't reached the cycle activity limit, your activity updates every hour.

Activity starts to count after your first post, and your first post was on July 12th, which is 2 cycles.
