I will prepare a step by step user guide, please be more accurate in yours comments, browser version at least.
The interface isn't so complex, should be easy to know what it's happening.
I had test it even with Tor and it load as expected...IP filtering is not one of his functions.

User accounts (login) it's not avaliable now, but you can use it by introducciong a valid bitcoin address in the orange input in the main page.
It's was created/tested on firefox 20.0, need javascript and cookies enable. I will try to test it on others browsers
