If you don't specify an amount it defaults to 0 BTC - any amount of bitcoin sent to that address will match against the request

I have just installed Multibit HD and everything was fine
Until I went to get an address so I can purchase bitcions online
I issue I have this that there doesnt seem to be anywhere I can get an address from! There is "send" and "request" buttons but the request button asks for a bitcoin amount!
This is OK if I want someone to send me bitcoins for goods or services but is not the same thing as buying my bitcions from another third party site and then having them sent to me
How do i get bit coins that I have brought in to me wallet
