The account that posted it was registered on August 12 making it a day old, honestly you have to be silly or naive to trust any link such accounts post here. And this is not to say that links posted by accounts that are older is genuine, you have to very careful when clicking any link, but when the account is a day old the chances are higher of it being a scam.
knowing that there are a lot of people desperate to earn money as easiest as possible which the quiz seems to "offer", I wouldn't be surprised if someone fell for it. the dude is probably posting on other crypto forum platforms to spam his scams hoping someone is greedy and desperate enough to fall for it.

Just came across this user's Angjello (which has already been red-tagged by bitbollo for promoting scam project) post now under the bitcoin discussion,
I happen to follow up the site and check out the quiz if i can gain some crypto knowledge, but there where just few information relating to crypto and they are very simple, which the answer you can just click anything and it will not tell you if it's correct or not and I happen to answer the quiz question completely, a new page POP up, showing for me to claim free $150 ERC-20. Indeed it is an alarming amount enough to convince someone in falling into their scam trap.
Next page required me to connect my wallet to their site using any of the provided method.
