Im new here...Just wondering isnt it bad for my gpu to run at full load for mining?I'm on stock cooler with custom fan setting. Highest temp @ 68 degree

you can try upgrading the thermal compound. thats an easy and cheap upgrade. i use MX-4 in my rigs and it lowers the temps about 3-5 C
thanks

Hi, I'm also newly registered, though have been reading for a while. I'm not sure of the best answer to your question, but there is a wealth of information in the Mining - Hardware forum, so when you are able, perhaps repost your question there.

Well it stresses it out more than it would sitting idle, but as long as you mange the temp well you should be okay.  Granted, it is still a piece of mining equipment and will eventually fail.
