what's the difference between the extreme and these?

I got 3 of the extreme last week and picked up 6 of these today.

The original link in this thread was the xtreme, with a different part number. They have no more originals in stock, other than to keep for RMA needs.

Wow, I can't believe they got the originals back in stock for a few minutes.  I just assumed they were the Xtreme version.

Well, I bought 1 more card.  I couldn't resist.  Hopefully it will at least pay for itself.  But with the giant jumps in difficulty coming I'm not too certain.
