First off, you should start making two mortgage payments a month. Even if its the same amount you pay now; just make note on the payment the first one is for interest and the second one is to be applied to principal balance.

The amount you save will astound you. Standard 30 year mortgages are ridiculously unbalanced.

Howdy folks, New to this coinage stuff... shocker, I know, being a new guy n stuff. but I've got some world coins and I'm interested in how i might pay off my house trading coin.
That is a very ambitious feat.  I'd recommend reading "The Intelligent Investor" by Benjamin Graham.  That may help knock some sense into you! ha

Welcome newbie! I'm almost a newbie myself. After you become Jr member, there is still a lot of work to do, to get rid of the irritating limit of 5 private messages / hour, or 360s between posts. That is what I'm trying to accomplish now. Smiley
