One thing about coins with real-life usage like ripples is the price stability and relatively few pumps. Taking LTC and Doge for instance, their prices are so predictable... it will take a while for XRP to pump to 800+ satoshi, like once or twice a year occurrence.

But what is the real-life usage of Ripple? At least with Doge and LTC you can buy things, I don't think Ripple has an ecosystem at all.

Treasury Today speaks to Daniel Aranda, Managing Director of Ripple Europe to find out how:

http://bit.ly/2jELdxx

Some people are very confused about Ripple and they spreading misunderstanding to others. Ripple is decentralized open source project like many other altcoins. Currently, they are working on improving cross-border payment system and, naturally, with banks. As many people hate banks, they also hate Ripple labs. This project is not about pump and dump scheme. They have serious goals and they are progressing step by step. But there are no guarantees that they will succeed. It depends on many factors, so you should make your own decision as to invest and hold or sell and get out of it.

i think its normal like other altcoin, with the bitcoin price increase, every altcoin getting decrease, and now the bitcoin price is not going to go high and i think this time for altcoin to get rise. in last week, many altcoin has get pump and market increase the volume, i hope it will be good until the altcoin price is back.

I think I read somewhere that the team is looking to create more tokens as if the billions in circulation is not enough. I'm just not a fan of the project because of is centralised in the hands of few

They don't intend to create more tokens, but they have a distribution plan, they regularly sell XRP and when coinmarketcap update available supply people think they created more tokens.

Well, my guess is that there won't be much news on Ripple. It's not designed for everyone to use as a cryptocurrency. It's made for banks so that they can reduce processing fees and I think lets them communicate with each other in a more efficient way. I think it's not decentralised (?) either, so my advice is there's no point trading it if you're not actively involved in it.

Thank you for information, I will search more about it.
