This project seems so good and people are getting into it. I look for this service before and I will try this service in a while. I am excited to convert my alts to btc since it will be my first time to do that.

Could you please create a Discord channel instead? It's a better service in every way. The Slack desktop app is abominably slow and for the last week, phishing DMs/emails in at least 2 channels I'm in has been arriving by the hour. Your slack channel is not that big so I doubt it'll be much of a hassle.

You can also provide the order references of your friends by a private message and we will check what is the source of the problem.

Not that if they've followed a different referral link in their first visit to the website the reference that counts is the early rather then the latter.

What about the referrals? I have confirmation from some of my fb friends that they used my referral link but I did not see any bonus on my account.
Is there a way to track activity in our referral link?
Also, I have some reports that users had difficulty converting from/to DOGE. Has it been resolved now?
Perhaps it would be good to reward users who had difficulty with a small bonus?

Looks like there isn't any bonus for beta testing and reviewing. I did my exchange and posted my experience as above, but no response. I'm not sure I would try to use this exchange again looking at their lack of response. At least the exchange went through as expected - even if it took a while and needed support intervention. Let's wait and see.

Negative trust can never be a certificate for recognizing hypocrites especially these days when some stupid people are deliberately posting negative trust over any person's trust url section . I condemn this and this MUST be stopped .

Yes, I see this project is so good, no need to make sign ups and putting so much details of the sender even not asking email addresses, and so I can use now my alt coins to pay others via btc or any other coins to transfer with. Hello, I exchanged some btc to eth several days agao. The old post you made that got removed.

I do not have the id as it was removed, but it was 0.0076 btc to eth. The eth address was 0xd66446ee60bb26ef5d2f2780d0f168cc824622ef.

There was a bug as there was several hours before the eth was sent to the address and I had to contact support to fix the problem. Fortunately, it was quickly resolved. I would also like to claim the $10 through the eth address  0xd66446ee60bb26ef5d2f2780d0f168cc824622ef if you don't mind.

It is a great site, and, hopefully, it will become a cheaper alternative to shapeshift. Keep up the good work.

Hi. To share my experiences with Nexchange.IO, I will begin by explaining my first steps in this post:

1) I wanted to exchange 3,000 Doges, I entered that amount and clicked confirm.
2) It asked to make a payment of BTC, which I did.
3) Transaction was immediately picked up, and then you have to wait for confirmation. This was slow. After more than 40 minutes from 1 confirmation, I contacted Live Support after 5 confirmations, giving my order reference OEHR0N .
4) Live Support completed my order in 1 minute.

Bad: long wait, still not sent after 5 confirmations.
Good: Live Support completed after I explained.

I received my BTC as well as my beta testing amount. Service is legit I don't have any doubt on that but it was taking longer than usual so I thought there may be a bug,
Guys you can go with Doge as there is no such bug, the only problem was that the transaction size was very very small so it took some time.

This service is far better than shapeshift in many terms as shapeshift is ripping people off. Happy to find an alternative to that service. Hoping, More coins will be added after beta testing.

1. Doge is in test mode, and we currently require a higher amount of confirmation than normally.

I would like to a apply for a beta testing job. I would require upfront payment though, let me know if that is something you are willing to do.

I would also like to ask if you can place the funds for this campaign into a trusted escrow. Any legitimate person/business should be fine with doing so.

Nexchange.io instant crypto exchange is very nice. This is a true competitor to the "big ones".

In my personal opinion, the index page should be minimal and focused on the exchanging only (maybe make the 'About Us' info in pop-up as FAQ).

While I am not sure it is entirely true, I would kindly ask the participants to claim their rewards using one of the methods below.

How To Claim?
1. Using our social network accounts:

4. Reviews:
Same as 'Beta Testing' (3).
Additionally, you should have a social account with a photo / avatar and a minimum of 100 followers / friends.
5. Focus Group / Product Feedback Session
In order to participate in a focus group / product feedback session with our PM, you must qualify for 'Beta Testing' (3), and complete the Beta Testing Assignment.
