just keep an eye on launch of coins and mine them and dump them as most of coins don't survive these days and get dumped as soon as they are launched on exchanges.

It's an interesting strategy to treat easily attainable (low difficulty) and low valued coins the same way Warren Buffet treats easily attainable and under valued stocks.  This could be a huge opportunity to dive into the due dilligence aspect of business.  It's very ponderous indeed.

But then again, focus on RoI is a whole other story.  Anyways... probably not a bad idea to consider accumulation of some of these cheap coins as a matter of portfolio diversification.  After looking into the coin and the coin devs, that is.

hey guys i want to mine a coin what would be the next best one to start with...if you dont mind helping out

With peoples' bottom line profitability on the lines these days, noone is going to just give up this type of information.

Times have changed dramatically since this previous winter, and one must do his/her own research these days.

I'd tell you but then I'd have to kill you  Grin

What I will recommend you do however, is take a look at the 'older', more well established Scrypt coins. Most of the newer alternate algorithm coins are junk (as are some of the scrypt coins), and will never go anywhere (except down in price once the pump 'n dump is over).

The advantages the older scrypt coins have is they are commonly listed on one of the bigger more well known exchanges, so in theory they are more secure held there and theres generally more volume. Another advantage is they can now be mined with ASIC's. The good thing about this is ASIC's secure the blockchain and make the coin less susceptible to an attack (fork). As with Bitcoin, once ASIC's arrived the price went up significantly (investors are more likely to invest in a coin that has a secure blockchain). The same will happen with altcoins.

Lastly, dont overlook some of the more 'obscure' Scrypt coins. In some cases, they have been revived by coin dev's and at the moment are 'under the radar', but as a result are cheap and easy to mine (with either GPU or ASIC). Accumulate a lot of these before the coin hits the radar again (and the subsequent demand and price jump), and you stand to make a huge profit. Earthcoin is one coin that fits this bill, for example. Its currently selling @ 1-2 satoshis and has been written off by many, but it has a new group of enthusiastic people behind it with some great plans..

Good luck
