I think this is a very good idea. The blockchain is an excellent technology. This technology is constantly updated and developed. Iran has launched its own encryption to verify this, which is good news for the cryptocurrency market. He will lead more countries to participate, he will promote the rapid development of the cryptocurrency market

I wonder what will be the consequences for the steps taken by Venezuela and Iran. Would they succeed in preventing international sanctions, which seems too difficult.

This will just be the start of national currencies in every country bringing them to life. Its just crazy to think we are in the beginning of something so big that will be in every person daily life. One day we will look back and we will laugh on todays prices

Wow this is a real good news to the crypto space. if more countries will follow suite and adopt crypto currency then we crypto will soon go main stream and this is what anyone who is into cryptos would wish. I wish Iran good luck with launching of their own coin. it's an easy way to share wealth and make your currency go world wide.

Seems like a great idea however I think if they attempted this and it was successful I don't think the power that be will be too happy.  They also have the oil to back the currency to an extent so this will be very interesting.
The big powers are not always happy when they lose control of their power (money flow), I am not being political here, I just believe there should be freedom for all to use money they way they deem fit, even governments

This will be the same like those other countries that launched their own cryptocurrencies.

Anyway its a good news to see how they are embracing cryptocurrencies. They might jump to single crypto to support (bitcoin) soon.

Following the path of Venezuela, Iran is going to be the next country to issue cryptocurrency to evade the sanctions.
Though a challenge to the monopoly and oppression of corrupt IMF and World Bank, the worthiness of such state issued tokens are still to be proved.

If crypto is offering a safe haven against oppressive tendencies of some big institutions as the IMF, then it should be encouraged, atleast that was the original idea, removing the gate keepers. That being said, Government controlled cryptos are really deficient in my opinion

Iran is not a poor country, unlike the thugs who uses terrorism and forced confiscation as source of income, Iran has a rich cultural and historical past as well as current economic status. Crypto will enable them to reach the market where they are barred from.
