Frankly, I am not against drugs and online drug trade, Silk Road could just as well use paper dollars or barter, the fact that they also use bitcoins means nothing.
Not exactly because that would be a security risk for SR participants. It has to be bitcoin to make it safer.
But promotion of illegal activities in US or Japan is not the place on this forum, unless they pertain directly to bitcoin should such laws appear in the future.
I guess I could agree with that in part. But isn't there a Chinese students forum here? There's probably some very illegal activity promotions going on seeing as bitcoin is reportedly banned in China. But that's alright because it's not the US or Japan, right? Promotion of illegal activity in China is OK?
