Hi BCT Members,

For the last few months I have been involved in mining cryptonote currencies, running a Monero pool and from what i have learned Monero is the next real thing in crypto currency world.

I have talked with some of the members from Monero core-dev team and they are really awesome guys, doing a hell of the job. This is the reason i  decided i want to contribute to Monero development.
Apart from that i also noticed, that the devs receive a lot of proposals to contribute to Monero development(volunteer work), which they have to turn down right now, because there isn't a system that could be used to manage the workforce and develop Monero in all aspects.

I am an IT project manager and an SEO/marketing specialist, so i figured the next thing Monero needs is some structure and a universal, scalable project management system.
I have previously worked with basecamp.com, managing over 100 people on a few projects and the system with the right setup worked like a charm.

In my opinion Monero success depends on getting as many people involved as possible.
The first step to do this is to gather as much volunteers as possible to contribute to the community and efficiently manage their work.

What i did now is i divided Monero development in 5 different projects and added some sample/real tasks:

Monero Community & Support

Monero Marketing

Monero Other Tasks

Monero Tech Development

Monero Workforce Management

This is only a sample how this could be done.
I would like to hear someone else's opinion on this and if enough people decides that this is something worth doing, i am glad to set everything up, team up with a few enthusiasts and give Monero the next kick it needs.
If you are a Hero member or in a core-dev team or a really motivated BCT member, pm me your email and i will send you an invitation to basecamp.com, so you can take a look at the project management system and check everything yourself.

Looking forward to your opinion.
