There has been a problem with our company account 'nexybit'. We will currently use this new account 'nexy_jin' for the time being. This has occured due to the naivety of our team member in responding to a similar PM on a personal device. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Confirming information and payment will be business as usual. Once again, we ask you not to respond to any messages from the account 'nexybit' till further notice. Thank you.
This is quite bad for the image of your company. Things like this should not happen.
How are you expecting people to trust your company, as your staff clearly is not technically very advanced if such things happen? Also can you actually prove to be nexybit, instead of an impersonator?
At least OPSEC like this is an huge red flag, and seems to be very irresponsible coming from a company which is supposed to take care of the customers money...
We acknowledge that it was bad for our company image. However, we also acknowledge that as humans, everyone can make mistakes and most can learn from them. Also, we do not fault our team member's naivety, as it was done in effort to respond to everyone who sends any kind of PM with integrity and ernest.
Also, if you look at our signature campaign, which is now going into our 9th week successfully, we have proved that this account is indeed a part of the nexybit team.
As for hacking, there are always people with bad intentions in the world and bad things happen. Which is why there is an institution called insurance. The best thing we can do is try our best to avoid such situations and when dealt with such a blow, minimize the damage, and repay those who have been hurt through our operations. This is our company policy which we hold with pride.
