Gotta admit, I am constantly surprised at how popular nft's are. One just sold for 4.5 million. For a picture of a monkey? I don't get it, I must be getting old.

I think it should be perceived differently. They didn't buy an image of a monkey, but the story behind it. A brand, if you want to call it that. Although I would say that they bought a story a success on a new for world playing field. And, again, it seems to me that the longer this industry lives, the more valuable this story will become. So the investment is worth it (for now).

And I share a project that is closely related to the NFT. EyesFi is a Web3 Lifestyle App. Based on the Ethereum Metaverse instead of IRL. Users Can Make Fancy Earnings by Simply Curating and Liking NFTs!

Smart contracts are a very difficult area to study today and NFT technologies are based on smart contracts. It was interesting for me to know the internal structure of such blockchain projects and I found an article about nft smart contract. This is where I share this information with you.
