Anyway, I work on a project and connected some VC to the project it self. During the deal, VC is also offering a KOLs list for promotion and guess what? for people with only crypto influencers, they have ranged from 5,000$-50,000$. There has been some rumors artist or DJ who promoted NFTs got paid promotion around 100,000-250,000$. Nothing free in here ~XD

First, you need money, I mean money lots of money that we're talking about. They're influential and they know their worth. Second, connection and contacts. If you don't have any of the two, you should give up working with any of them. But maybe there's still a way for you to at least collab or work with any of them.
The way will be hard but if you're too creative with your NFT and it's taking popularity, maybe they will notice your work and you.

If you have few millions on your bank account then probably you can find some of them and shill for your project and if you don't then you are the one drop among the ocean of similar creators. NFTs are still driving the people crazy?I thought it ended.

For your project? Why would anyone mint for your project not to mention big celebrities? You haven't even told about your project. Does it even exist yet? What is it for? If you can't tell us about it, why would anyone else be interested?
And yet you want us to find resources for you without doing any effort yourself. Ihmo what ever you are building now, it's going to fail with your non-effort attitude

There is no source, if there is then you have to shell out huge money as well. You know that they are celebrities right? So maybe they will ask some money for an endorsement. If there is no money involved they you need to be really close to those celebrities. And obviously, neither is the case for you. So I guess that won't work. Maybe just old school promotion will do or go tiktok, maybe your NFT's will go viral.
You need a connection with the celebrities that you want to get into it though, it's a difficult task to do and not to mention that people don't really believe what these celebrities endorse especially with the advent of a lot of NFT scams promoted by celebrities, you're going to have a hard time. Probably use Twitter and Instagram as that's where most celebrities are active.
