@Moderators

As far as I know, Bitcointalk was founded on the principles of privacy and decentralization, which are at the very core of the Bitcoin project. These principles are reflected in the design of the Bitcoin protocol and the underlying blockchain technology, which enable users to transact securely and privately without the need for a central authority.

However, it is unfortunate that from what I've seen, Bitcointalk has strayed from these core principles and has allowed users and platforms to promote practices that are contrary to the values of decentralization and privacy. For example, the promotion of KYC and centralization by 3rd party gambling sites goes against the very essence of Bitcoin and undermines the fundamental principles upon which it was built.

Furthermore, the influence of these 3rd party gambling sites on the acceptance of decentralized competition is concerning, as they have been able to clearly silence platforms like nice2win through the use of moderation and censorship. This is unacceptable and goes against the spirit of open and fair competition that is essential to the growth and development of the Bitcoin ecosystem. I fully expect concerned "shilling" users will deny it but you won't fool everyone this time.

In this regard, it is important that Bitcointalk reaffirms its commitment to the principles of decentralization and privacy, and takes steps to prevent the promotion of practices that are contrary to these values. This includes ensuring that platforms like nice2win, which is committed to respecting the core values of Bitcoin, are given the support and respect they deserve by moderators and users alike.

Moving this thread back to the Gambling section where nice2win could hope to seduce new users and give some well deserved competition to the leading 3rd party gambling sites would go a long way towards bringing some balance back.

Yes it's closed beta for now and sorry haven't seen your replies for some reasons.

@Daltonik @Hispo Thread has been moved again so guess Stake.com won this round again, amirite?

@worldofcoins

Seems you haven't read the thread at all! Bitcoin is indeed accepted.

As for KYC, having KYC for a crypto site can be seen as bad for several reasons, one of which is that it goes against the very nature of bitcoin as a decentralized and anonymous form of currency. Bitcoin was created with the aim of allowing individuals to transact without the need for intermediaries, such as banks, and without having to reveal their personal information.

Implementing KYC on a crypto site goes against this fundamental principle of anonymity and can be viewed as a form of centralization, as it gives a single entity control over the personal information of its users. This goes against the decentralized nature of bitcoin and can be seen as a step backwards.

Furthermore, requiring KYC can be seen as a form of surveillance, as it allows the crypto site to track and monitor the financial activities of its users. This goes against the privacy-focused ethos of bitcoin and can be viewed as a violation of users' rights.

Additionally, implementing KYC can be seen as a barrier to entry for many potential users, as it adds an additional hurdle that must be overcome in order to use the site. This can be seen as a disadvantage for both the users and the crypto site, as it can discourage users from using the site and reduce the overall adoption and usage of bitcoin.

Lastly, @worldofcoins, being a paid shill for Metaspins must really be worth it; trying to push newcomers away and actually getting away with it!

Here's a screenshot of the Beta version mentioned in earlier post. And also a link for OG users to unlock BTC bets: https://beta.nice2win.com

I tried to enter the link provided by you and does not take me anywhere.  Sad
Actually, when I clicked on it, all I get is an error telling me the server could not be found or something like it.

Is the server or your casino down because maintenance or something? I ask because it could be also something wrong with my internet connection, I want to be sure.

Well, apparently this is a closed beta that the development team is testing, so yes it does not open, we will wait until the development is over and the release of the updated updated nice2win online casino will be released.

Ah, okey.
Thank you for the clarification, I thought he meant it was a open beta version for us to be able to check out if we wanted.
I assumed so, because he shared what appeared to be a live link to the casino.

Anyways, hope to see how this closed beta turns out.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I wonder why you are not accepting bitcoin. It's an essential element for all online casinos. Also, no KYC is required for your site. Without these critical factors, your site can become suspicious and less prevalent.

@piebeyb
Will definitely look into the signature! Thanks for the tip.

@rhomelmabini
The contract differs only in very superficial ways such as name, maximum bet limit, etc. The core functions have not changed.

@redsun114
Thank you for vouching for us Wink

@CryptSafe
You could not have summarized it better. As for your questions, let me answer:
1.The minimum bet fee is different for each network. It is always around close to 1$ around worth of crypto.
2.The concept of withdrawal does not exist within a web3 casino like ours. You always keep custody of your coins.
3.The customer support is fast depending if the team members are awake or not.
4.We do not reward 2$ to members whether they win or not. We do reward them with the in-house currency $N2W which does not have any dollar value right now.

@bitcampaign
Yes, you can try definitely try as little as your comfortable with. Just so you know, the biggest winner so far won 2000 MATIC in 2 bets, verifiable on the Polygon blockchain at any moment.

Nice having you back onboard the platform. Seems you went back to your drawing board to re-strategies for the task ahead. You have done absolutely well mapping out your point of focus. As I can see you now have a better interface with numerous output for your potential customers and bettors. I see where somewhere $1 was mentioned, I would want to know your minimum bet fee and withdrawal. If I may ask how swift is your customer care service to responding to urgent attention.

I see you give $2 to members wether they win or not. If I may ask from where do you make such budget from. Is it possible that such policy be sustainable for a long term. If yes how do you go about it. I w am curious about This particular aspect because you can not tell us that if it happens that you have a million number of registered members onboard your casino you would give them all $2 from where do you get that funds from. I am curious because it sounds funny though.

Welcome to the forum! I've seen topics that have been posted here before and then were moved later because the post content isn't really all about them being a casino.
But, more content that's solely for the offer that they have about their native token. It's good that you've mentioned that on your thread so that if ever the mods will see someone reported your thread that it should be moved, they'll take time to consider it first before moving.
I think I now know the reason why they move on other section and that section must be on altcoin announcement because this was a web3 casino and usually a web3 casino mostly uses an altcoin or a token but they cleared it out now that they will be accepting btc very soon. That's great because they can get more customers that way, as there are gamblers who only use bitcoin no matter what.

This casino have its own native token which is also normal for a web3 casino. Owl games and others do also have this. As long as there is a gambling platform involved then it should have been posted in the gambling boards because this is where gamblers hang out.

I see that you have an audit report there but it was from the project dice2win? It was archived, do you have a recent audit specifically for these nice2win contracts? As far as I know, dice2win's contract should differ from the nice2win contract, am I right?

@piebeyb
You don't need to register your email address to play on nice2win. As for the testnet version, we have supported it in the past and there was not enough activity for it to make sense long-term as there is a cost to run the nodes on all blockchain including testnets. You can always try very low bets (1$ worth of crypto).

As a closing note, we are definitely surprised by the amount of replies here in such a short amount of time so wanted to give a big shoutout to bitcointalk.org, you guys definitely have a serious yet welcoming community with many active users. Will make sure to spend more time here from now on!

yes, because the bet is quite big, I think the minimum bet is $ 1, it's different from other casinos, it's even smaller than that, but I don't mean to compare it, it's just that I'm a small gambler on this forum, so I want to try the test before trying to play, thanks for your answer, by the way if you are happy with the response from the community here you can create a signature campaign on this forum to increase users in your casino  Wink

The technology behind decentralized applications is evolving, even for Bitcoin, which is usually left behind when we think about web3. Actually, per our own superficial knowledge on Bitcoin 3 months ago, we assumed the same as you; the Bitcoin blockchain does not support smart contracts and therefore interacting with BTC using smart contracts must be done with a wrapped version of BTC on EVM-compatible blockchains like Ethereum.

After some research, we stumbled upon the novel solution called Stacks (https://www.stacks.co/). In short, Stacks uses the Bitcoin blockchain to store all Stacks blocks then the smart contract part is executed on the Stacks blockchain. Sounds like a sidechain, right? It is definitely not because of their use of the mining protocol called proof-of-transfer (PoX) which runs in parallel to the Bitcoin blockchain through their block headers. More information on their blog: https://stacks.org/stacks-blockchain

It definitely is a pretty new solution and is gaining more traction lately so I know it must be new to some of you.

To conclude and reply to your question: Yes, you will be able to send your BTC on an address and the Stacks smart contract will receive them, record it on the Bitcoin blockchain, execute the smart contract code, record the result on the Bitcoin blockchain and send back to Bitcoin to your address if the smart contract determined you've won.

This is definitely not the same process as WBTC on Ethereum because there is a centralized 3rd party whose job is to certify the WTBC:BTC ratio is 1:1. With Stacks, you do not need a 3rd party middleman because the verification is done synchronously with the Bitcoin blockchain and Stacks.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
Wondering, is this casino really going to use BTC? As far as my superficial knowledge goes, WEB3 based services always need smart contract feature to work.

I've only got a few support networks that are widely used for producing wrapped tokens. Fyi on this forum, BTC wrapped to external networks are considered altcoins. cmiiw

BTC is actually integrated on our Beta platform right now with the Stacks solution! Just need a few more tweaks to be ready for widespread public use. I can post a screenshot of the Beta space?

@joeperry
Like I said above, can I post a screenshot of the BTC Beta space to avoid being moved for the next couple days until official launch?

@Nrcewker
See above for the BTC integration. I'll post a screenshot later today. Thank you for the kind words and looking forward for the review.

@coinerer
Completely understand your hesitation. Being a web3 platform comes with its perks like you described. However, connecting your wallet to nice2win poses no risk to your funds being "hacked" because we do not ask the permission to have access to the crypto used to bet. Below is a screenshot as an example of a contract that would be able to use your funds if you do not trust the issuer after you used the platform.

Token permission from 1inch:

Moreover, you can check out the audit that was done on the smart contract we are using: https://medium.com/@nice2win/archived-nice2win-proxy-audit-analysis-ba48dedcd743.
Basically, you will never be charged more than what you agreed to spend on your current bet.

@Hamphser
You are correct in your assumptions. To be more precise, giving the permission to a smart contract to have unlimited access to a token actually is a backdoor to "hack" funds from a web3 wallet, which we do not do of course.
MATIC is one of the option to bet on the platform, you can click on the top right section on nice2win to swap between blockchains. It is definitely not the only payment method!

@passwordnow
Thank you for the kind words and vouch. Looking forward to see you make a bet or two Wink

I am sorry you had a rough beginning here in our community getting your thread moved out this section, hopefully it was just a misunderstanding and won't happen again.

Anyways, I am sure some people interested in decentralized gambling will be eager to see more about this casino you are working on. Good luck.  Smiley

Welcome to this forum as a new casino site and this is a modern feature that your site has no registration hassles a user can easily access your site through wallet connect using web3 like metamask or any non custodian wallet DApp.  But there is also a risk here as the site is new so if a user connects his personal wallet to your site there is a risk of the wallet being hacked. hey op How can a user trust your site?
Dont know on how totally that decentralized gambling do really works in speaking about making direct deposit from your own wallet which you do connect out on a certain gambling site.As far we as do all know that

it cant be possibly be able to hack if you do logged in your wallet.Dont know on how they would really be doing such stuff but it cant be possible unless if you do have the keys and this is the main thing
when it comes to security compared into those centralized platforms which you are the ones who do make out deposits directly into the a wallet where you dont possess the keys.
Its one of the main key features on this dex platforms which you do bet directly on using up your wallet.

Also, this is particularly only having  that MATIC payment option which i dont see for it to be right for this thread placed on this board.

Building my own Dreams!
Welcome back once again to the forum. If the site isn’t accepting Bitcoins, till now then soon it will be moved to altcoins section here in the forum. Only casinos that are accepting currently Bitcoins, are allowed to have a thread here. Nevertheless the site’s features are truly impressive. No KYC, and no sign up tension. This is what all the gamblers wanted. Moreover we need to connect the Web3 wallet everytime from all devices, when we need to access our account. Will leave a detailed review very soon after trying the site.

welcome to the forum I'd be happy if there was a casino without having to register using email, just connect to a wallet address and play without having to fill in personal data information or submit documents, play directly with smart contracts, but would be happy if a kind of testnet was provided there for new users to be able to test the game

Welcome to the forum, your gambling site (UI) looks good in my eyes and it is nice that you support web 3.0. In regards with the moving of your ANN to different board, I am sure that it will be moved again. @Daltonik your ANN thread will probably be moved to other board as you don't support Bitcoin in your gambling site.

Web3 gambling project recently launched in August 2022

DISCLAIMER: This project has been posted before in the Gambling section before having the topic getting moved for dubious motives listed below so please advise.

1. Accepting BTC: clearly written below how we support BTC
2. Promoting an Altcoin: the in-house casino token is NOT the focus of this post as clearly stated below

nice2win.com

The project?

nice2win is a gambling platform running on smart contracts that allows to bet ETH, MATIC or BNB (very soon BTC) on games like:
  • Coin Flip
  • Roll a Dice
  • Two Dice
  • Etheroll
  • Roulette

No signup required so you can stay anonymous. All you need is a web3 wallet. House edge is 1%. Non-custodial gambling ensuring no KYC or frozen funds.

Why play?

First of all, playing on nice2win guarantees a verifiable fair experience. In contrast to what is done on web2 platforms (99% of sites advertising on this forum), it is impossible for nice2win to cheat its users or alter results because the backend part of the platform is visible to the world. Moreover, centralized casinos have the potential to rig the odds (you are bluepilled if you don’t think this happens already, no matter how reputable a casino is). Players are entering bets with probabilities of winning that are lower than publicly displayed; this is reality.

Gambling is actually one of the best use case for Dapps (web3 apps) because all the algorithms behind your favorite games are verifiable

Additionally, players receive $N2W on every bet, whether you win or lose. The token will be spendable on the platform and will eventually be tradeable on DEXes like Uniswap for example. The token is not the focus of this post and we do not expect users to care about $N2W unless they are serious gamblers on nice2win.

Lastly, avoid custodial gambling platforms like the plague (see the FTX debacle) — NOT YOUR KEYS, NOT YOUR COINS

Our specs?

nice2win is deployed on the following blockchain networks:
  • Polygon
  • Binance Smart Chain
  • Optimism
  • Arbitrum

With the help of smart contracts, we redefine the meaning of the expression provably fair commonly used in the community, with the following attributes:
  • All bets are processed by hundreds of validators instead of one centralized database like the ones used on all popular web2 casinos
  • Verify in real-time the code logic that processes your bet very unlike trusting a traditional black box casino
  • Have access to all-time history results for all bets ever processed by nice2win on; do not rely on the good faith of the "house" to store your precious data and coins

The site is now available on mobile, tablet and computer. Currently working on the Stacks solution — they enable smart contracts for Bitcoin!

The proofs?
