You are buying hash power which is literally the definition of cloud mining. Yes, they don't do contracts and they give you the option to mine on any pool and they've got a few features which are different to the contracts such as pay as you go and other things, but it's still cloud mining.
They even admit themselves they are a cloud mining service with a few differences to traditional ones out there.

. Havent you received your payout yet? If 9 hours passed then it should be credited on your account. Don't tell me their maintenance isn't done yet? If it does then we cant do nothing but to wait up 2 hours promised is really frustrating but well as long payouts would continue it shouldn't really be a bother at all.
