The Nimiq project is a browser based crypto currency. It is very useful because you can easily brows and get access to your wallet for doing transactions.

Thank you for this informative article. I think that this is a good project with a lot of potentials. I will keep my eyes on the project. I believe that people will be more attracted towards this project as it is good and full of potential.

That's a really informative post. Nimiq is a blockchain based protocol system. It makes payment and transaction more smoother and swift. It supports ultrafast light weight transaction of 1mb per minute blocks.

you have to be careful about what projects you support because many of them are just scam projects.
Thank you for the advice, mate  Cheesy Cheesy
How much posts do you have to do for you signature campaign ? Are you late ? We're only wednesday...  Grin

Having faith in a project whether it is old or new is alright, but blindly supporting it is the worst possible thing to ever happen. This is a place where things are planned strategically and a lot of methodological thinking are required. We need to know our facts straight. The market doesn't run on a hunch or luck. So, we need to see if this project is worth it or not.
You're right. You're completely right. However I won't stop this because of you, and you know it. I just believe this project does have a growing community (a bit too small for the moment), that will in my opinion continue to grow. That's one of the things I like with it: that's not just a company and its clients, we're building something together. So I'm trying to help them, if you don't want to, no problem. In fact, I perfectly know that not many people will come here and do something. That's how it works here: people are here mainly for money, it doesn't encourage them to be invested (I mean, personnally, not in term of money) in the projects.
I hope that the community will continue to grow and that in a few month (or more), there will be more people here.
We'll see.  Wink

Hi everybody,

Like a few of us, I’m a supporter of the Nimiq project. To make it simple, it’s a cryptocurrency that is browser-based. So you can do everything in a browser, like for example access your wallets, do transactions, and even mine! The big advantage of the technology they added to the classical blockchain that we know is that you can, throught your browser, be directly connected to other nodes of the network, like you would do with a full node, unlike RPC clients of other cryptocurrencies where you have to trust the node you’re connected to.
I’m following the project since the ICO time, and I saw the progression of the team since then. Now they have a working product, and are still working hard to improve it. They have a way of doing things that I really like (apart the fact that they did an ICO, but anyway): they are fully transparent, let us know about what they are working on, give us some beta versions, and are really attentive to us, and they encourage community projects

That’s why I’d like to start something to help them gaining some visibility.
Any help is welcome, but keep in mind that this is only voluntary and unpaid work.

Here are a few things we could do on this forum (in fact for the moment it’s not very far from what we can see in bounties, but this is not paid):

ANN thread translation:

We could translate the ANN thread in different languages, and keep people in the local boards aware of the important updates of the project.
I will personally do it for the French section, feel free to do so with your language. Just don’t forget to say it here, so I can include the link in this post.

Signatures:

If someone wants to create some signatures for the Nimiq project, I think it could be interesting.
I have a few ideas, but absolutely no competence in that.

Of course, I’m attentive to any of your suggestions.
I hope that other people will join me on this and that it will be useful for the project to become more known. For sure, they deserve it.
