First of all, there's nothing anyone can do about your issue because this bookmaker has been accused on several occasions which you ought to do your finding on them before using their service.
Second, you also do the wrong thing from your end by using a VPN to access a gambling site which is against the rules and regulations of every gambling site.

In the meantime, I hope they will provide you your fund so they could at least convince us that they have changed.

I have posted this a few places, and everytime one person has pointed out, wrongly, that VPN is banned. The rules are "Nitrogen reserves the right to deny its service to players from countries or regions where sports betting or cryptocurrency activities are deemed illegal. Therefore, the use of obfuscation methods such as IP masking or proxies is not permitted." But neither are illegal here, so the therefore doesn't make sense. Also, suggesting fire insurance after a house fire is not helpful.

My advice to you. If a gambling site restricted your region, don't access it through VPN and the best thing you ought to do is find another one that supports your location cause no online gambling site TOS support either creating an account through VPN or accessing it because it will raise an issue sooner or later.

Created the account straight from VPN, linked to an email and 2FA sign in. The site gives a cloud flare error message without VPN. So I can't satisfy their asking me to show my local IP by logging in. I've asked them for a different way to show it, but crickets. So they have me over a barrel.

there is no official Iist on terms and conditions.
terms and conditions at the bottom of the site. There is no list of restricted countries.

But you are prompted with two "general" warnings upon launching the site:

I know of a few sites that restrict UK players, most likely due to regulation: if this is the case here, then it's the omission of any direct restriction is unfortunate. Did you create an account directly via VPN, or did you initially access the site via your residential IP?

The Pharmacist, England is restricted according to the support chat, but you need to log in to speak and there is no official Iist on terms and conditions. Like the above, they're generally unclear about a lot of things until it's too late. They are refusing the proof of IP because it has to be shown by logging in unmasked. But because the UK is restricted, I can't access the site so it's catch 22.

I am skeptical of getting the winnings but thought no harm to see if I could get help.

That does sound fishy.  Nitrogen Sports said your VPN IP is close to (or the same as) another bettor's IP, which sounds reasonable from what I know about how VPNs work--but when you showed them your real IP address, that should either prove that you're not the same person as the one they suspected you of being or that you're lying.  If you're not lying, that's messed up and they've taken a lot of money from you.

I'm not sure there's anything anyone can do for you on the forum, and I doubt Nitrogen Sports will even reply here--though it'd be nice if they did.  Is England on their restricted list or anything like that?

What happened::
I started an account with Nitrogen just shy of a month ago, using a paid VPN, only sports bets. I had a balance of 0.63839198 BTC (£22306) on Tuesday. Thursday it was 0.26910198 BTC (£9403). They are claiming mine and another account have a close relation, no proof given. They asked me to verify using my home IP. In England, the site is giving an error message, so I have to use VPN. There is nothing in T&C about VPNs or locations allowed. They said I cannot withdraw the full amount verifying without VPN.
I showed them the error screen without VPN, with the home IP displayed. After a few hours, they say I can now withdraw the balance, but the winnings have been seized, and they’ve decided the two accounts are in the same location. And both have been betting above limits (?).
Within the space of a day, they’ve gone from multi-accounting to same location to limits abuse, and found time to take the money, with their final, set in stone responses
