I'm loathe to bring up all sorts of accusations against any kind of sportsbooks as well, god knows we have so few of them reliable as it is, but I'm wondering if these few weeks I've been seeing one too many complaints about Nitrogensports, especially in the gambling thread.

They are rated highly in terms of trust and reliability, and for good reason, but if customer support is lacking - and that appears to be the case here and in at least 1 other thread I've seen - then that is grounds for heightened alertness, especially from a Legendary member with decent trust.

There's also a more concerning issue recently about them cancelling a bet on Asian Handicap.

@OP maybe give this feedback to threads keeping ratings on sportsbooks so that Nitro is aware this hurts their reputation and addresses their customer support issue. This is one of the oldest threads.

What "chat" are you banned at? Telegram?

Also, I just realized. I couldn't find a sort of a "forgot password" or a "recover account" feature on NitrogenSports.eu. 🤷‍♂️ Holy jeebus that's a big issue for sure. Can you ask them if they could do an account recovery manually? I don't freakin know how though, as everyone is "Satoshi" on NitrogenSports. Is the account connected to an email?

It's going to be really pretty hard to point fingers at NitrogenSports as you won't be able to give enough sort of proof in the first place.

Yes. Account is connected to his e-mail. You can change your user id whenever you log in. The chat that i'm referring to is the chat at the top of the page. I can't talk in chat for 2,000 minutes. Just for trying to get help. I have not been an issue in the past on there. I have barely ever used the chat functionality. I think the fact that he won a few thousand dollars and then they locked his account and sent it to management is proof enough. It's awfully ironic that there hasn't been any issue for a few weeks. Then all of a sudden, he can't login whenever he needs to withdraw.

Edit: Here's an update. After posting this thread, I contacted support on there from my account. They assured me that there is no kind of locks on the account and they were talking to the user in question(They obviously weren't. He was at Lowes at the time). But, the password was magically changed back. After he was able to log back in, there was no new messages to or from support. So, they couldn't have been talking to him. Trust me, I asked him to try his password 100 times to make sure it wasn't something he was doing. But, even after they claim there's no kind of locks on the account, there still is. 4 days later. At this point, we would like to just withdraw the balance and probably move over to a different website. There's something really shady going on up there. Support doesn't seem eager to help at all. In fact, they just get pissy with you when you try to get help on this. They're rude and don't really seem to be in a hurry to help anyone at all. Everytime you contact them, you just get a copy/pasted response. I firmly believe that the whole reason for the lock was so that he couldn't withdraw the funds he had won and they are hoping he'd lose it all back to them. I have tried the support route with no help. I have been very patient for 4 days now. At this point, the only thing I can do is leave this thread and the negative trust up until they finally decide to help out with this situation. Of course, i'll be fair and will update this thread and my trust rating if anything changes.

Edit 1: Still dealing with this. They asked that he withdraw to a specific address that made a deposit on a certain date. No problem. We sent that withdrawal and the coins were taken straight out of his wallet and doesn't show under pending transactions. They say he's been randomly selected for a security review and to wait 24-48 hours. So we'll see what happens. Basically back to square one again with yet another security review for 24-48 hours that's going to take another 4 days. I will change my negative trust once these coins are in the wallet.

Edit 2: The coins finally arrived. I guess the main issue here was their customer support. This took many days of waiting. They need to hire more help or something up there.

I was going by word of mouth of what he said. I got the screenshot and uploaded it. It's as if they changed his password sometime over night. 2fa is enabled, so I don't think anyone else could have. We've already been dealing with this for a week.

Oh. Are you 100% sure that the issue is on Nitrogensport's side? I'm not going to judge the knowledge of your father on computers, but you know, majority of the elderly doesn't know much about the internet stuff.

With that said, are they still responding? If not, I heavily suggest really going full bad PR on them. Unfortunately you really need to put them under a bad light just so they take you more seriously; as their reputation is on the line.

Also, have you tried contacting this[1] account? It says "Nitrogen Sports Forum Rep". Not sure if it really is though. Won't hurt to try.

I'm pretty positive. He's been logging into this account for a few weeks just fine. It's just awfully ironic this all happened whenever the account was sent to their management. Which, that alone is something fishy in itself. I've never seen that before. He doesn't have a pc. Only a phone. With 2fa enabled. It'd be awfully hard for someone to have gotten both his password and his 2fa code to change his password from his phone. I asked about this in their chat and they just banned me for 2,000 minutes. I contacted support from my account, and of course they say there's nothing wrong with the account. I have pm'd their account on here. With no response yet. And, I really don't think i'll get one at this point. They either purposefully did this, or someone on their support team up there is stealing money from them and their users.

Post this on r/bitcoin[1] and r/cryptocurrency[2], but with a lot more details.

Now, this morning, he cannot login to his account because it gives an error "Invalid Userid".

I really don't know how you're getting the "invalid Userid" error. I tried logging in on NitrogenSports using a very random username(that it's very very very unlikely for another person to have this username) and password and the error I'm getting is still "Invalid username or password":

I suggest trying to keep on contacting their support. This might just be a problem concerning the account. After a week or so with no avail, I suggest going full FU on them and post this on Reddit r/bitcoin and r/cryptocurrency to get their full attention.

Here are a couple of images. 2fa is required to withdraw. So, there's no way anyone could have gotten in to change his password. Also, this all happened after his account was sent to management. As you can see from the screenshots.

I think this belongs to "scam accusations".

Also, it would be helpful if you post some proofs (screenshots, emails etc).

It also belongs in service discussion so people don't use the "Most trusted Bitcoin sportsbook". I think my trust rating on here is good enough, but fine. I'll upload the screenshots if it'll make you feel better.

I never used nitrogen and probably never will, so it's not important for me, but a regular user of this very trusted website could be in need of some proofs before abruptly stop to use it, despite your green trust.

Also, I feel that scam accusation have some more visibility than here, because of the less shitposting.
