Echo Fox is apart of the NA region, on this betslip, being parlayable at the time. Huge error from both ends and was a genuine mistake. Contacted nitro via email and requested help and through their live chat service. They never came to conclusions and didn't bother helping me out. I had already 9 wagers during this same time of .2 btc canceled (legit wagers) which really was more in my way than this one parlay that I needed help canceling. NitrogenSports, I gave them two months and it felt like they just forgot and now it's my time to get help from other people and make this public until it's fix. A valued member over 5 years.

We will restate what was previously informed to you: Same league/tournament is not the same as same match. League of Legends - Rift Rivals NAxEU: G2 Esports v Echo Fox is not the same match as EU v NA. Even if they are in the same series, this is not considered correlated. Once again, correlated parlays are the ones that contain same game selections.
5.Correlated Parlays
Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to cancel any parlays that it finds correlated. Correlated parlays are invalid parlays that attempt to select two legs such that if one bets wins, it increases the odds of the other bet winning. Examples of correlated parlays include selecting a team to win both the first half and the full game. Another example would be an eSports player to win a map as well as their team to win the whole match. You may also reference Terms and Conditions 12g.
Also, nowhere in your ticket history did you mention a claim on this betslip. Bringing it up on chat does not mean that your claim will be reviewed. If you have any inquiry regarding the grading of a betslip, you need to send a support ticket.
This claim is no longer valid and the grading decision is final.

Basically they've canceled over 2 btc of wagers of legitimate games and when something is wrong on their end they almost refuse to fix it. eSports is in the trenches here. Support was contacted within 7 days of the wager. There isn't much work that can be done here unless other people help us and we can split the btc!
