They have restored my ability to play. No reason was given as to why it was "suspended"

All sorted.

Thanks for all the suggestions and advice.

They have an active thread on this section and they're replying whenever there are players that are posting there. They also are posting updates about their promos.

If there's no notice from them, send them as well a direct message, and let's see how they will respond to your concern. Just explain properly what has happened.

Check the support page because their support might've left a long message explaining the reasons on what got you banned since that's what happened to me when my account got frozen they said my account was linked with a few other accounts then I told them i've used a VPN during that day. After 12+ hours their security team released the account and took my word for it after I made a post on their main thread.

I dont know what happen to this gambling site but it seems they got red-tagged on this forum and not seems to be trusted, and you are right, you should have researched before putting your money to them and I think, you are not new here in the forum.

Just ask first of their ANN thread has given above or PM user @NitrogenSports regarding this, they will I guess help you to get back your money. If they will not answer, you can collect evidence and post this into a scam accusation and this is another scam claim towards them.

There should be a reason why they banned you.

Soon you'll get a response from the respective team or the support person from Bitcointalk. I've seen many such issues reaching our forum after requesting help on the personal help center. Through the forum the response will be quick, the site mentioned by OP has been one of the oldest for sports betting. Please confirm yourself going through their terms and conditions. Sometimes unknowingly we might've overcome the terms and conditions which can get our account banned. Whatever the reason, one should be allowed to withdraw the deposited funds.

What reason did they provide for banning your account? This part is the most important part. Did you use a VPN or proxy to connect to their site? Did you create multiple accounts?

Am not a big fan of them personally due to the negative reviews against them, but they are not 100% scammers like 1xbit etc which is why you still have a shot at recovering your funds op.

As others mentioned, contact their live support on their site. Provide all evidence in your favor too to make a strong case against them.

I wouldn't be worried right away either. They have someone on the forum, who will probably be able to help you.
If the account is banned, usually there is a reason why they did this. We can speculate about that, but it would be better to wait for the answer from the site what is going on.

Hi
Don't be scared. First of all just :
Ask them Bluntly.
Then only I think you should make such claims since more often then never the company would itself be in a big problem if it is indeed not a scam.
Please connect with them maybe on the forum? I do believe that I do not know someone who did face the same problem on the site but then again :
1. Please keep your evidence with you
2. Ask them
3. Please update this thread
If they indeed say : No
Then I think you can very easily post the thread with all the scam accusations and also the proofs it would help other people also and the site would be itself in a deep retrospect.
I hope you are not using something like VPN. Please read their Terms and Conditions too.
I hope everything gets resolved.

Hi all.

I have a feeling I might have fucked up.

I gave them some bitcoin and got to play a couple of free tourneys (which I lost), 3 weeks later I logged back in and the account is banned and I also cant withdraw the bitcoin I originally deposited.

I didnt do my research properly before sending bitcoin, now Im reading they might be a scam.

Any advice on this. Has anyone been able to play poker on this site or get their BTC back?

I just rolled from a review of an IRL friend that used to play with them years ago.

Cheers,
Edits.

So what do they say? What free tourneys? Normally when account is banned you can still login and they must have sent a support ticket (upper right).
If they accuse you of something they normally say of what.

Thanks vennali,

fair call. I still feel a little lost in the forum outside of my usual cubby hole in collectibles so sorry for posting in the wrong spot.

I was hoping for posts that would advise "yes, I have had the same problem" or "no, just wait for them to figure it out"

I dont feel like a scam accusation is warranted yet until they respond with a definitive "no, you cant get your BTC back"
there was a scam accusation against them back in 2020 but as far as I know, they were able to solve that issue. so there might be a chance to get your deposit back but there is no guarantee. I suggest following what vennali suggested and contact them through the forum.

I will log everything I can as evidence and move this when I figure out how.

are you having trouble putting photos/images on your post? just to let you know newbie account can not attach an image on their post(unless they have a copper membership or a jr member) but they can attach a link to the image on their posts. regarding moving a thread there is a "move" button on the bottom left of the thread or you can just report the thread asked that the thread should be moved on scam accusation. there is a"report to moderator" button on the bottom right side of every post.

Please move this thread to scam accusation. It is a lot more appropriate there. Nitrogensports.eu are very active on bitcointalk so, kindly PM them or write on their main thread in gambling section so that their support can take a look. Also, do you have any evidence to support your claim?

Edit: to move the thread, check on the bottom left corner of the thread you will see "move topic"  click on it and and then select on the drop menu "Economy -- Scam Accusations" and then click move topic.
Edit 2: Embedded the respective links.
