It's good to hear that the problem has been resolved positively and in your favor, and as I said, sometimes it's just a matter of time - because expecting it to be over in 1 or 2 days is completely unrealistic. You’ve probably been caught up in their automated system that detects possible abuse, but such systems can never be 100% reliable. Did you perhaps get an explanation for why this happened?

It would be good if you could edit the title and add the word solved.

Nope they just came back to me saying all was fine and asking sorry for the delay on solving the case.

Im happy to comunicate that after 2 weeks of pain my case was finally solved and my money are now unblocked!

For me it's crazy that my money are blocked without any reason for 2 weeks and that the department that should take care of the case is not even answering me back

You have to understand that things like this are not solved just like that, and that you have to be willing to wait much longer. Customer support is a weak point of almost every similar online company, and you are certainly not the only person they check. Besides, you have no choice but to be patient and to realize that you will achieve nothing if you bother them every day.

I had a chat with their forum account and they just said me to wait for a reply in the site that look very strange to me

there's really nothing you can do other than wait for the reply they mentioned. I too hope your issue gets resolved soon.

their reputation in the forum hasn't been so great., especially their support(at least based on what I have read here in the forum).

They asked me what my connection is to some random acc.

I told them to look at both acc playing history and that there's no chance they will see a connection.

There is a chance you have some bets same as the other account, but that's all.
So how about your issue, it is already solved? or still on pending status?

If nitrogensports only refers the IP as the main subject to consider as multiple accounting then they should be ashamed and deserve to those negative reviews.
There should be many to consider before they label users as multiple accounting such the screen/monitor size, browser, playing history, previous deposit/withdrawal transactions, then IPs. Not unless it's their main motive for such kind of account and withdrawal amounts.

My case is still pending and they still didn't reply me from 8 days ago. I did not made multi account and i cant even understand why someone should, plus i was betting most baseball nba ufc and never hitting even close to their max bet limit that its very high.

Sorry to say that you are not the only person who is facing this kinda situation after winning big. We have seen many cases like this in the past where in some player use VPN or multiple account to place their bet. Even sometime platform lock withdrawal due to using same IP although it can't be a proper way of freezing players fund.

Have you contacted them through their forum account?
If yes then you may have got their replies. If not then you can request them to reply here.

Yeah you got it exactly. My opinion is same here and we all know that people use share IP. So it doesn't mean that if platform got multiple account using IP which means all they are connected accounts. If they get valid connection with another account by investigating deposit, withdrawal, personal information or anything else then it can be accepted but just based on share IP can't be a proper claim.

Few month earlier we got something similar where a user fund was locked on sportbet due to IP issue but at the end sportbet authority solved that.Lets see what Nitrogensports explain here from their end.

My issue got resolved in a day or two. They checked playing history and unfroze my account without further questions or an apology.

It is quite possible to have some bets as any other person in this world.

The case looks to me a very usual case where punter wins big and casino refuse to pay. I wonder how much money we are betting on here?

You may want to share some details like the tx used to deposit, amount in your account along with messages you are exchanging. If they block your account then you will not be able to get evidences anymore.

It is the amount of the payout any casino will care about. 
Casino eventually wins money. They do not pay out of their wallet.

Are you using a VPN, by any chance?  I've heard theories that if two people are connected to the same VPN server and have the same IP address (I don't know much about how that works or if it's possible), you can be flagged as being the same person on gambling sites.  I believe I read a scam accusation recently where that was suspected.

I'm surprised no one has chimed in on this yet.  Hopefully someone will, but I'm not sure how much help you're going to get, OP.

Well were to using multiple accounts to evade any kind of limits that Nitrogensports imposes? If you were, you should ask for your original deposit back, and I don't think they will pay out your winning bets.

I know they have a history of paying out, even when someone wins a large amount. The fact that someone won x times in a row doesn't really matter IMO. It is the amount of the payout any casino will care about.

Is it possible that you may have used a browser that has a built-in VPN option (I know Opera has that option), or maybe you have a VPN enabled in an antivirus program (for example Norton has a Secure VPN option)?

I don't think you need to panic too much for now, things like that usually can't be solved in a few days - and it's positive that there's open communication, which means there's a good chance the problem will be solved positively for you.

Hey, im sure i was not using VPN nither on browser. i sended them my IP from the IP scanner aswell so im not sure why they was claming so

Although judging by all the accusations against them, their reputation on the forum is unquestionably very bad and they are not trying to fix it. And you should be disappointed, because everything is fine while you lose money, and when you make a significant gain, they immediately put you under a magnifying glass and look for a reason to block your account. Since they claim to have linked your account to someone else, did you perhaps give your ref link to a family member or friend? Or maybe you’re really using some VPN?

Still no news from the department after 9 days...my money are still blocked and they just reply me that "they will let me know as soon as they can"

will update sceens soon in case this is not solved.

It's 4 days now that Nitrogensports.eu blocked my money just because i won

Sunday night i won some UFC bets and the day after i wanted to cashout 1/4 of what i had in the account to take back what i deposited 2 weeks before and i got a message that my withdrawal request was cancelled since it is under review Huh


From then they just said me that is another department and they will update me...update like for what? i'm very disappointed, it was one year i was using this site and never had problem before.
there is anyone in the forum that can put me in contact with them?
