You can use the sotwe site to search users posts on twitter. It's a bit of a pain with the constant redirects to advertising but works and allows you to view latest posts in order where twitter wont allow you to search posts. As bad as twitter was when Jack dorsey was there and even when the woke mob took over they never stopped people making new accounts free of charge or searching posts etc.
