Topic: no active pool avalon nano 3 (Read 18 times)

I recently purchased two Canaan Nano 3s to try solo mining. I have unboxed one of them because I want to try to set one before the other, and it's currently showing network problems and 0ms in-network status in the red. I have tried resetting the Wi-Fi, resetting the machine, changing a location, and using a different Wi-Fi, and I need help getting everything to work. My mining scale is shallow, so that's not the problem. After research and some help from the Avalon team, the problem is I couldn't connect to the pool. I tried several pools with the correct setting, but no result. I tried getting help from my router company, but I don't know. Could it be because the router is Wi-Fi 5, even though it supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi?
