I registered an account in my name on September 28, 2017. transferred funds to the wallet. saved the password and recovery key. I recently wanted to transfer my funds to the exchange and found that I could not log into my account! the support team wrote to me that the password was changed and the key was re-encrypted in 2019. I didn't! I had two-factor google authentication! I have all the documents proving my identity! I have my phone and my mail! I have my authentication key! The support service does not respond to 10 emails! This is a very bad and unreliable service! pass by! And if you want to donate your money to scammers - you are welcome!

This seems a good news:

Even if trustline is not available yet and I don't get this sentence:
"Trading will be available immediately when ripple balances are credited."

Reading from their official statement i would definitely say that if they did not credit their users of the BCH then it is definitely their fault & they should follow their promises and give users their respective BCH tokens.

However i don't use Gatehub myself, so i don't know whether or not what you say is true.

If they didn't credit it then they would be the only major exchange/wallet service to not follow up on their promises. All the other exchanges that aren't crediting their users already said it well in advance that they won't be accepting it.

Should contact their support and try to launch a case, because BCC is probably going to be plumetting soon...

As title I think GateHub did not behaviour very well according to what has just happened to BTC and BCH (BitCoin Cash, https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin-cash/) fork, with respect to GateHub (GateHub Fifth) BTC owner during 1 August fork.

In this April 2017 statement they promised in case of fork several things, one of them was of course they would have given to EVERYONE new issued coins, in this case BCH:

Since then we haven't got any more news, they should at least have made an announcement just before\during\after the fork seeing the 'free' airdrop available to BTC owners and seeing they promised it. Please read what has happened at Bittrex:

For every BTC owned by customer they give another BCH after August 1 fork. According to GateHub's words linked above the same should already have happened to GateHub customers, Ripple wallet or Hosted wallet BTC owners with different procedures.

What actually happened? They gave us NOTHING, neither is available new BCH trustline\exchange. I don't think it's very fair in particular seeing that also smaller Exchanges\Wallets like Bitifinex gave BCH additionally to BTC owned by customers.

I hope it's still possible to us, BTC owner during August 1 fork @ GateHub, to obtain OUR BCH (BitCoin Cash) in addition, because of fork, as GateHub itself promised (saying they were prepared).

Best regards.
