People here aren't stupid. If you urgently need a 25$ loan, just ask a friend or family member for a loan! It's not that large of an amount, and I'm sure they would be willing to give you a little bit so you can take your exams. 25$ isn't like a car loan or house loan, it is very small, so it won't be difficult. The only reason you are asking here, is likely because you are wanting to scam.

Adding onto the message above, I highly doubt that you would have forgotten to save up for your exam fees. If you did, then tough luck; take better care of your responsibility next time. Good lesson learned, if that's the case. I'm shooting in the dark here since I don't know where you're located, but don't a lot of schools allow people to pay for the exam with plenty of time to spare before the exam itself?
Anyways, if you're serious about your education (which you should be), just ask your family for a couple bucks.
My account isnt worth much i agree.But the rest of the things i have are not eligible for colaterall.For example i can give you fully verified neteller account (with all info,email account with password) which is worth exactly 0,05 btc.I am planning to sell it and i have a buyer which i am waiting on sunday.Then i have a verified betfair account which can also be sold for 0,1-0,2 btc (along with email account etc.)
0.05BTC for exames fees. Sorry but if really was that much I would pay that all day long. Some how I do not believe that exames fees are that low in price. Most my exam fees and some upcoming open university ones are like 0.16BTC per exam regardless of the accounts you are providing as collateral can easily be recovered even handing over email and details for it. Not going to go in detail on how this can be done but it can. Simple rule regardless No collateral that has real value then no loan. Need trust honor and proof to do that without proper collateral and even then most will reject. Not saying are a scammer but too many have took risk here and get burned all the time.
