Hello. I'm sorry I'm not very transaction-savvy, today my segwit transactions are stuck with no confirmations for 6+ hrs, does everyone have the same issue? Is the network going mad because of recent price changes? My fees were set to default in electrum (5.20 sat/vbyte), a few days ago I was able to get two confirmation in less than 10 mins.. Thank you!

Before sending Bitcoin from Electrum wallet you should check mempool and set your fees manually or you can try switching from default static fee to ETA fee or Mempool option.

There are a lot of transactions in mempool now, so you can wait for network to cool down or you can bump and increase fee for your transaction if you used RBF replace-by-fee option and if you need faster confirmation.
For more information you can read the Guide How to cancel Bitcoin transaction.

5.20 sat/vbyte, i didn't select "mempool" while selecting fee rate, it was set to "static" if it makes any difference
The feerate that can get your transaction confirmed in the next block is around 80 sat/vbyte, you can try to wait to see if the mempool will become less congested, but that may not happen during the weekdays, I will advice you to pump the fee.

You can track the feerate here:
https://mempool.space/

If you can not wait, replace-by-fee is by default on electrum, click on the unconfirmed transaction on electrum, you should be able to pump the fee, you can pump the fee to a feerate of 16 to 20 sat/vbyte and see if it will be confirmed in the next 1 or 2 hours.

The mempool is not that congested yet, what is the feerate that you used?

The low priority now is 16 sat, that's according to https://mempool.space/

Maybe increase it to at least 15 sat and it might confirm.

I'm not tech-savvy too, I use electrum as my bitcoin wallet but I always check the site I shared so I would know what fee I would put, sometimes I increase the fee if I need to it confirm faster.
