Taliban does not have the people or the resources for it to occupy Russia or India. Besides, India and Russia have some of the best army forces, which even US doesn't have. US might have the weapons, but it lacks in best military personnel.

Taliban a small numbers if you look at the army strength of other big countries like Russia, US, China and India so even if the whole Afghan become Taliban and trying to fight with other countries still they are not good enough. Taliban may acquire Pakistan in the first if they wanted to become it is near than any country and much easier for them to do so.
