this is really strange, its got over 112 confirmations..
Did you redeemed Bitcoin [BTC] or Bitcoin Cash [BCH]? Electrum only supports Bitcoin [BTC].
You might have bought the altcoin that shares the same name because both are supported by cryptovoucher.

If you're not sure,
Check the blockexplorer link of the transaction, there's usually a name of the coin written somewhere.

i've received other funds into the same wallet

just doesn't show the amount in the wallet

Where did you check that you have 112 confirmations? Did you check it on blockchain.com explorer? if not try to check your TXID in blockchain.

That's weird if you receive other funds on the same wallet but where this transaction came from?

Can you try to change your PC/Laptop DNS to Google DNS(8.8.8.8 and .8.8.4.4) it might solve your issue?

Much better share the TXID of this transaction that already has 112 confirmations here so that we can check carefully if your transaction is actually sent to your wallet and put your wallet address is here.

Even if there is no confirmation on the blockchain, the transaction would be visible in your Electrum wallet (assuming the wallet is synchronized). If you do an Electrum check for that particular address this way : View -> Console -> then type:

Code:
ismine("YOUR_ADDRESS_HERE")

you should get result true.

If both addresses match (Electrum + blockchain), then the problem is definitely in the server to which Electrum connects so follow the link Maus0728 posted. If none of the above helps, it may be a corrupt file that is causing problems, so in that case one of the solutions is to delete the blockchain headers file in the main Electrum directory, and then open the wallet and try to sync again.

For location of file check -> Where is the Electrum datadir located?

Before any deletions or any radical actions, check the seed (12 words) and save them safely as this is the only way to wallet recovery.

You've got no issues in the server right since it shows color green and I assume that you verified your Electrum wallet. Try some of these troubleshooting method.

[1] If you are using MacOS, then there is a possibility that the anti virus you are using (if there's any) is blocking access of the electrum. Sometimes it is just a "false positive" files. Try disabling the AV.

[2] Try to see if theres is any available balance in "Show Addresses" tab. You will see the UTXO's there. Take a look also at the "History Tab" if it shows the transaction.

yes the service has sent the funds directly. its also confirmed in block explorer

ive used the service many times to send to my own wallet, and its come through within an hour top

first time sending to an electrum wallet, so a bit worried that its not come through after 24 hours

any idea on how to troubleshoot the server issue - if any?
Hmm have you checked the funds weren't sent away? I seen a case where a user done some wrong apk-get install and had his funds sweept 8 minutes after recieving the deposit, took him 9 hours to see it.
Maybe wallet not synced? Not sure how electrum works and never had a downloaded wallet.

Try to switch the server you are using.
[1] https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-switch-to-a-different-electrum-server/

Electrum uses the "auto connect" feature by default.

its official.. been using electrum for quite some time

not had any issues with BTC in this address before, just this time using cryptovoucher

address is in the list, green globe bottom right
I assume that the service that you're using has sent the funds (given txid) ? Its not exactly clear from your response. If its in the blockexplorers and confirmed, then it could be a problem with your client or the server.

Are you sure you've downloaded the official version of Electrum and not some other malicious software?

If not, verify that the address is indeed inside your addresses list. If it is, is the small globe on the lower right green?
