Say, I receive payments from someone on one fixed address, which is part of an e-wallet service, it would be nice if I could freely transfer the balance from that static receiver address to another address of mine within the same e-wallet service, so sender to my original address can't follow how much money I have and esp. on what addresses.

Or something.

I am looking for a "current account" for a bunch of micro BTC payments in-and out to/from other BTC accounts only (no fiat; no ID). So why pay the fees if the exchanges can pay for that?

I understand exchanges are no life insurance to keep lots of money on them, but for some pocket change; why not?

Circle is the new kid on the block you which you may recommend for me for this purpose but for various reasons (I can't review my security questions; can't turn on/turn off SMS) I do not like it yet.

Any other worthy contenders? How about Bitstamp, Bitcoin.de, Coinbase or anything else for this? Which would be your choice?

An added privacy benefit of an arrangement like this (compared to using dedicated addresses) would be the exchange gives me a new address for every transaction.
