I suggest you start reading accross this forum.  Don't use paypal when buying bitcoins, bank transfer or uKash is better.  Also, try searching up bitcoin, you'll be able to learn more about it.
What is wrong with us PayPal? Why are the other methods better?

There really ought to be a standard FAQ for these things.
There really should, I have spent days trying to find the answers to some questions about buying and selling that I thought would be relatively straightforward. I guess Bitcoin is still in its infancy in a way, that and some of its other characteristics means there's not really a prominent central authority on the subject.

hello,

absolutely know nothing about bitcoins and altcoins.

Where can I buy altcoins using "standard" bank transfer, Paypal, uKash, Paysafe?

Start with bitcoin first; coinbase.com for US, bitstamp.net for EU and other.

For everything else you need to know: bitcoin.org

Do this OP.  Don't start with this forum, it would confuse newbies.
