These are not newbies, these are spammers who are trying to increase their activities. A real good one will always try to find his answers from those topics in the stickies because the topic name from Lauda is self explaining.I understand what you are saying, to have them in the board sticky so that these newbies (spammers can spot it). The truth is, I can guarantee you that if the mod or admin even do this - still we will see people are asking the same questions. They will simply ignore the reading.
