If an individual project stop facebook campaign that doesn't mean all facebook campaign has been cancelled.  I still post on facebook this morning and there is nothing happening to my previous post.  All the post of mine are still intact.

Yes, when advertising an ICO courses on Facebook, my ad sets weren't approved because facebook forbids all ads about cryptocurrency, ICO, bitcoin,... I dont know why it's hard for us to develop our project cause we've lost a profitable marketing channel.

the same to me, I've had a warning from facebook teams, which informed me of their new policices: all advertisements about Initial coin offering and cryptocurrency will be prohibited from facebook feeds. But it's still free to build pages and content on this topic, you can gain organic traffic and engagement, however, i doubt it's not effective.

you may try writing advertising content without the word concerning ico or crypto Huh and see if they will detect or not, but it's not in the longterm because your campaigns might be disapproved suddenly.

sadly, but it's confirmed. Facebook has a new advertising policy pertaining to cryptocurrency, binary options and initial coin offerings. The policy specifically prohibits ads that promote those types of products and services “that are frequently associated with misleading or deceptive practices."

personally i think that another advertising channel, such as google adwords or google display network, could be a good alternative, though the marketing cost on google's channels is not relatively cheap.

Hi. FB Bounty is active. I've been participating in 3 FB Bounties. And I've had all stakes.
I want you to double check your bounty section because recently many bounties are closed their facebook bounties and mentioned in their OP too but many are not aware of still doing the weekly work so ask your manager to get clear idea about the facebook campaign is still running or not.

I heard about the facebook not allowing for ICOs promotion campaign in quite long but I am still doing the facebook campaign where the bounty campaign that I join still use facebook for their campaign. So, let's see what will happen next. Is facebook really not allow ICOs promotion permanently or there will be another rules by them in the future..

I just saw that a bounty stopped their facebook bounty program and I read that they are stopping this program since facebook banned ICO advertisements. But I thought that individuals are free to post about the ICOs.

So someone please make clear that facebook totally banned ICO ads or not?

If yes means no more facebook campaigns right then what will be the effect on the ICO sale due to this kind of action.

There are still many ICOs that are having facebook adverstisement or facebook page. It is not directly banned all facebook ICO. What facebook is banning are those directly advertising ICo projects that are encouraging people to invest in ICO.

Think they're more regulated now, but yeah, it's still possible though.

I see that a lot of bounties still include facebook as bounty program. Mostly new facebook rules were concerning ICO advertising

Facebook is the best way to advertise ICO as it is the most recognized and populous social media, it will so unfortunate if ICO advertisement is banned from facebook.
From my corner I'm still supporting ICOs on my facebook page without obstruction.
ICOs are not banned from using facebook.

I believe that it might be something else - an attempt to clear the playing field of scammers (and potential scammers) in order to increase the level of confidence and security users have in cryptocurrencies for when the Facebook coin hits the exchanges with the full power of the Big Blue whale behind it. The last thing Facebook would want is to address a user base burned by the ICO craze with their own currency. So I stil use this program.

FB said that they will ban ICO in their site because they said that most of ICO are scams therefore they wont allow to make their site as promoter of a scam but the truth is ICO cannot be ban as long as they will pay them to advertise their ICO in which paid ICO could still facilitate the FB campaign to post and to share their products info so therefore ICO cannot use FB only if the ICO will not pay the FB advertising service.

As far as i know, posting about the coins and ICO' in facebook is still allowed. As long as you don't do anything violent or against the rules. It is still allowed and if it do, there was a big affection when about the ICOs and coins are banned because it can affect the price and value in the market. The advettising is very important in ine company.we know that

To what i have seen in the facebook ads, some of the ICOs (legit ones) are still able to use the facebook paid advertising program which i suspectedly they will only restrict ICOs from joining if facebook thinkgs those projects arent legit.Facebook terms and conditions states that they wont be accepting any ICOs to use their paid advertisements but some has been using it for quite a whilte..

You are right facebook users are still allowed to post and promote using their facebook profiles, there are no current restriction from doing that,as far as  i know if you arent violating any facebook guidelines your account will be safe from getting disabled.

You mentioned that the legit ICOs are still able to advertise on Facebook, how does Facebook Distinguish a legitimate ICO form a fake one. far as i know, its one of the hardest things to do and most only come to realize that an ICO was a scam after it has collected millions and failed on its intended project.

Depends on the coin/campaign at this point I think.

Most stopped doing it because of the ICO ban and thought that those campaigns would be next. I THINK they're still allowed, just not as frequent.
