I think facebook on stricted about sending links they dont recognised if you send a link of ICO you cannot send to anyone also even in messenger. I still found a lot of ICO ads in my facebook so i was thinking that only sending and posting links about cryptocurrency are ban.

I just saw that a bounty stopped their facebook bounty program and I read that they are stopping this program since facebook banned ICO advertisements. But I thought that individuals are free to post about the ICOs.

So someone please make clear that facebook totally banned ICO ads or not?

If yes means no more facebook campaigns right then what will be the effect on the ICO sale due to this kind of action.

I still see a lot of facebook bounty campaigns and I still see a lot of post about ico and cryptocurrency, I think posting ads on facebook is what is restricted on Facebook, with hundreds of millions of people on facebook posting daily I doubt if they can trace all that.

So far, Facebook has not yet implemented what they are saying that they will no longer receive advertisements related to digital currencies since I still see advertisements. The facebook campaign will not be affected because share like post only will be done unless facebook hides posts related to bounty.

People could still post links about cryptocurrency on Facebook. It's not like Facebook is trying to hunt everyone down.

Yes i dont think that facebook campaign is no more because i saw many of my friend are still doing it.
I think the advertiser or banner which is banned from facebook but not the page of team. So i can say facebook bounty is still continue.

I see many ICo don't consider facebook a major marketing channel anymore compared few months ago.  The influence of Facebook is actually dwindling, the young generation don't use facebook anymore. The impact of the FB groups are also not as good before. Thus, i don't think Facebook ban could bring any big impacts to crypto and ICO

Nope the facebook bounty campaign is still going on. Those country whon are banning the cryprocurrency might  prevent facebook in letting them advertise somehow here in the philippines the cryptocurrency is not being ban nor being legalize. The government just make an advise of those people here who are joining bitcoin as an investment and there is nothing to worry about it. We are free here in fact more filipinos are now joining the bitcoin investments. We embrace bitcoin concept and how we can earn through bitcoin. The people here are openminded and we dont want to waste the opportunity of bitcoin has offerred. This is how we embrace opportunity and earn it.

No, although it is legally prohibited to promote ico on Facebook, you find that there are still many Facebook bounties now.
I think that they may treat to promote the project and to promote an ico are two different things, so Facebook did not yet ban this kind of behavior.

There is, but not as many as the past, now we rarely see an Facebook bounty in the forums but there many Twitter bounty thought.

I think thats not true but i can see now that there are many pages that connected to ICO. Such like adbanks and other. There are posting some ads about it. So? I think there are many facebook campaigns.

I think it will decrease if this really happens. indeed a few months ago I never send about bounty project because it has not been ICO and new promotion. automatically from Facebook party to delete my submission, with the information that the item contains SCAM.

yes, the facebook plan to ban ads about crypto will be done, but I do not know for sure, when it will happen. the reason facebook is to prevent fraud and also crime.

so if it has been signature by the owner of facebook, there will be no more facebook campaign.

Well, if facebook banned advertising ICOs, there would be no point in making people advertise it as well since the trust regarding those crypto would just diminish since facebook already stopped conducting them.

Facebook is a totalitarian plattform, and you have nobody to discuss with.
So, it's true that they have banned only sponsored ads about ICO, if someone report you to a moderator, they'll block your account, and ot have it back is really difficult.
So, take care.

Facebook says precisely & clearly it bans financial products / services promoters to use Facebook ads program ( including ICOs, cryptocurrencies, and binary options ) .
It says it want that its users serf on that social platform with 0 scam risk .
So people are free to post about cryptos, ICOs or whatever since they don't use Facebook ads system .

there's no rules for sharing and making a post about ICO in facebook. Facebook just stopping and banning ICO that using fb ads, now Fb ads not allow ICO for their advertisment. but, some fanspage that contains about ICO project, like news about ICO was banning by facebook to making post in their Fanspage Angry
They aren't banning ICOs outright. It's all about how you frame your Ad. If you are spreading awareness on your tech or company and not advertising the ICO event - you are in the clear. They are trying to prevent scammers from saying "invest money into this ICO and become rich", which is what most ICOs have devolved to.
