Those pipelines will eventually be built. EU countries need lots of cheap and environmentally friendly gas to replace polluting coal power.

The European Union needs gas, and there is no doubt about it. Now let's look at the sources:

1. Pipeline gas from Russia - Pipelines are already built, and Russia supplies around 170 billion cubic meters of gas every year.
2. Pipeline gas from Azerbaijan - Pipeline in construction. Expected to export as much as 17 billion cubic meters every year to the EU in near future.
3. Pipeline gas from Iran - in planning stage.
4. LNG from Qatar - Imports growing since 2008. Almost 200% more costlier than the Russian gas.

As you can see, the EU won't be independent of Russian gas anytime in the near future.

Most importantly diversifying gas supplies. Only under fierce competition can achieve some results. And gas prices will be adequate.

And why You are so misterious, to not give here the average price of non existing gas from USA in EU?
Are You dreaming, that someone will offer the Gas for free?

and can cut out Russian gas altogether.

What they are waiting to cut Russian Gas supply?

Delivery will be reduced or not is not so important. Most importantly diversifying gas supplies. Only under fierce competition can achieve some results. And gas prices will be adequate.

energy system in GAS is very need europa country because in there very cold
The Europeans are idiots. Instead of sitting down to yet another branch of Gazprom could unite with Turkey and America, to discourage Russia and Syria to make a pipeline from the Middle East.

I'm not surprised that the Ukranians dislike Russia, it ruined the country during the soviet union and is continuing that tradition right now. I hope Europe will continue to support Ukraine and can cut out Russian gas altogether.

For several years, talk about the transit of gas to bypass Ukraine. But talks are only talking. Too expensive to build an alternative pipeline
Yeah, I remember similar plans long time before Ukraine and Russia conflict. Ukraine had big debts for gas and Russia wanted to build pipeline through areas to avoid gas transit through Ukraine.
It may be expensive, but if the government decides to close the valve to prove a point they can easily compensate Gazprom's losses. Russia has used Gazprom to threaten the EU before, when the US wanted to place their missile defense systems in Poland. Expensive or not, they might do it to prove a point.

They can get cheap loans from the Russian government

They need no loans.

Why? The Turkish Stream, according to preliminary estimates is going to cost somewhere around €11.4 billion. And the Nord Stream 2 is also a very expensive project. I don't think that Gazprom is having that much funds in its reserves.
The construction of these facilities will go so much money that Gazprom could simply go bankrupt. Moreover, after they will build it in court can prohibit its use for violation of the 3 energy package. The money will simply be buried.

Expenses are not a problem for Gazprom. They can get cheap loans from the Russian government for constructing such a pipeline. But the main issue is the difficulty in getting the permission from the European Union. The EU don't want to become too dependent on Russian gas.

From what I have heard, Russia has made an informal agreement with the European Union to allow some amount of gas transit through Ukraine. In return, the EU has granted permission for Nord Stream 2 and they have removed the restrictions on Nord Stream 1. Anyway, I don't think that the Turkish stream will be ready by 2018.
