you mean "No Bech32 Block explorers?" right?

Bech32 is a Base32 format for native witness outputs. BIP status moved into Proposed.[1]
Some blockchain explorers can only display it (blockchain.info) other can’t display/index (insight and blockcypher).
this is the list of block explorers that support Bech32

2. https://www.blockonomics.co/
3. https://chainflyer.bitflyer.jp/

btc.com is also another block explorer that supports bech32 addresses: https://btc.com/bc1q3vy5nkjvvejhvu84g6v4zh400p2plm8x36g9t0

That transaction you used as an example displays as: https://btc.com/136a5f70d66d181c767d919abd7bf0a1bdeb9a17df6f94281edd1f8258801ba7
And you can follow the trail of spending starting here: https://btc.com/301e203a4300ab96a3c53ab4ba6330aacef69038ac5e495731257e72f52af8fc

PROTIP: Click the ">" to go to the transaction where the UTXO is spent, click the address to see the address history. If the ">" is blue it is "spent", if it is black it is "unspent".

Are there any block explorers which shows all the public addresses involved in a multi-sig transaction ?
In this case... I suspect that the P2SH "3" address wasn't a Multi-Sig, but was a Segwit P2SH-P2WPKH address.

which when decoded here: https://coinb.in/#verify shows Multi-Sig as "X"

Were you the one that sent the transaction? From what I can tell, the block explorer didn't make any mistake. The address you're seeing is a bech32 address (bc1 prefix) and it is a standard for native segwit address and it's perfectly valid. The only reason why you can't parse the address on various block explorers is because they don't support it yet. Blockchair.com does support bech32 address.
No No..That address is from among the one I'm tracking here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.34812017 Thank you for suggesting Blockchair.com ,they do support the given address.

To my knowledge, no block explorer actually displays the public keys involved. They can be derived from the redeem script.
Thanks.I'll figure that out! Smiley

Can anyone point me in the right direction to check all the addresses involved in a Multi-Sig transaction ?

Taking this transaction as an example : https://blockchain.info/tx/136a5f70d66d181c767d919abd7bf0a1bdeb9a17df6f94281edd1f8258801ba7
According to blockchain.info, the coins were sent to this address
Code:
bc1q3vy5nkjvvejhvu84g6v4zh400p2plm8x36g9t0
obviously it's incorrect.
Blockexplorer.com is unable to parse the address which throws an exception of [Unparsed Address[0]] https://blockexplorer.com/address/3D1qHGrvn7HCDyLJqHzNLpBWhaCsPcm8mx

Are there any block explorers which shows all the public addresses involved in a multi-sig transaction ?
