It is exactly what I said - No payout in 3 weeks on 3 addresses I stopped using. What more info would you need to understand no payout in 3 weeks?

I changed my address and consolidated all into one address. The 3 addresses I was using 2 have not paid out in 3 weeks and on another is just about 2 weeks and no pay out.
Any one know how I can report this so I can get the pay out???
