Has anyone else heard absolutely nothing from Avalon on their ASIC order?

I ordered a batch 2 Avalon, coins went through walletbit but never got a confirmation just like most people.  I submitted a ticket when they opened their support site but I never heard from them.  I have since submitted 4 tickets, no reply on any of them.  My friend who ordered batch 2 as well has had his for 3 weeks now.  I got the email that said they are done shipping batch 2 orders and I'm completely bummed.  All of my tickets still say "processing".  I also sent emails to the info address but got no response to those either.  Anybody else with this problem?  Is there anything I can do about it?
